The classic vinaigrette is made with 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar. As you can see, this version has no oil in it at all, making it extremely low in calories. But don't worry - it's very high in flavor. Once you've tried this and our Creamy Salad Dressing, they're likely to become your basic everyday staples for salad. And you can never eat too much salad! Food as Medicine On an ounce-for-ounce, fresh-weight basis, oregano has shown 42 times more antioxidant activity than apples, and four times more than blueberries. Ingredients 1/4 cup apple juice1/4 cup cider vinegar2 tablespoons chopped onion2 cloves garlic, chopped1/2 teaspoon dried whole oreganoPinches of rosemary and thyme1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 of a roasted red bell pepper Instructions 1.
