Day 3-coffee-6 cups,cheese strings-3,pork rinds-60 g.,2 egg omelet with

ham+cheese +cream,steak+mushrooms,4 l water,supplements+3.5 miles. Saw the

Doc- gained 1 lb.! But inches keep going. /Alberta (missing

Great!!!

well i am down another pound today to 175 that makes three pounds in three days i can live with that :) now i know its not the exercise it could be the water or the supplements or being really strict we shall see

I was down three lbs. also this morning, but unlike you, I am impatient for more!!! I want these 180s gone. This is repeat city for me and I hate losing the same weight over again. Very discouraging.

Well Miss Corky I would take 3 pounds!! Seriously good for you !! Now keep at it and make the right choices as you have been doing. we only have about 25 years left here on earth so we need to be healthy to enjoy it. when we were 30 it was if we had our whole life ahead of us. Perk up now girl. we need our health. No eating at the computer!

the 170's are like ground hogs day for me i keep losing them over and over three years now i have been in the 170's i am wondering what will happen when or if i get out of them will i freak like i ususally do and go off plan?? or is this the time i keep going down
