Guest guest
HI Joan, I hope that you will come out of this accident with no further spreading of the RSD, will keep fingers and toes crossed. I have had my incision flare up again. The open spot is not looking great and has a s cab on it. I therefor had to call DR today and guess what. This time the nurse is freaking out. I get an immediate call back and am told to be at the surgery center ASAP which is impossible as I don't drive and live a couple of hours away. So now I have to go to his other office in the morning for him to look at it and then he will decide if to take it out tomorrow or not. It is referring to the spinal cord stimulator. I am just having no luck with this thing. My body just doesn't like it. Or maybe it's the RSD, it has taken over a majority of my body and is kicking out anything that might fight it! LOL I am my own version of the Outer Limits and Twilight Zone rolled into one. So go and figure out w hat is more important to a nurse. I thought being out of my mind and control of body functions would be more urgent but I guess they are worried about infection getting to the spine. I don't feel like it has an infection, I can't even get my temperature over 95.5. Anyway, will be back on line I guess on Wednesday. Poor Greig has to miss another work day to drive me so I sure hope DR does something for me so it's not a wasted trip. Felice
