Hello All...

This topic has probably been discussed ad nauseum here at some

point, but I wanted to pass along information about a new product

that I just received yesterday. I ordered some Panderos cookies

from the missroben.com website ($3.29 a bag, I think...). They are

very tasty! They literally melt in your mouth as you eat them :)

My almost-two-year-old SillyYak was very pleased to have such a nice

cookie to snack on, and I have had to place rabid pitbulls around

the cookies that remain to keep back my non-GF children!! :) Well,

close, anyhow :P

For those with young children, I would definitely recommend this

cookie...easy to eat, and very delicious. It is killing me not to

indulge in them, because they are the type of cookie that could

easily be eaten in VERY large quantities in one sitting!! :)

I took the chance and ordered three bags of them, but I have to say

that I am already seeing that I should have ordered more of them,

because they are NOT going to last long here! :)

I think almost anyone would find them tasty!

Take care...

They are quite small....almost like little vanilla wafers, only they

have a very unique taste and texture. Sort of feels like they melt

into powder in your mouth...mildly sweet taste. A nice change for a

child who perhaps likes the Mi-Del animal crackers, but gets tired

of them after awhile! They are nothing fancy to look at, but they

are yummy :)

I do NOT think that they would work well in a baking situation where

you might want to crumble them for a make-shift type of crust, such

as a place you would use graham crackers or chocolate cookie crumbs

in, though...just a word of warning on that!

Take care..

I ordered a few bags of those Panderos cookies too. (I think I

ordered them from Miss Roben's at www.allergygrocer.com as well).

They look like miniature sized vanilla wafers. I thought our

daughter would love them... or we could send them in to her pre-

school for the zany " family style " snacks they try to do at snack

time... or even use for the food related cooking/craft projects at

pre-school. They look like you could use them to make that sort of

traditional banana pudding that calls for regular glutenated vanilla

wafers. Our daughter hasn't tried these yet... so the jury is still

out. They look like they would be quite tasty... and of course, I

love the packaging. The Panderos guy looks like variation of the

hostess twinkie guy.
