Hi Everyone,

Just old Mom Pudge checking in and saying " Good Morning " . I guess it's

not exactly morning but my head is finally clear. I have that old cold

that's making the rounds and took some DayQuill that is finally starting to

work.

Thanks for all the good info from the last few days on losing weight.

It's helping me too to talk to Laru who is going to that clinic on " Stress " .

Since I am a stress eater.

I'm back at the old weight and according to last year, I am 10 lbs more

than when I started, (NUTS!!!). So much has happened over the last 8

months (including 5 deaths of close ones) and I am so emotional but keep it

bottled up and soothe myself by eating. I have found that I even eat when

actually I'm thirsty, and will eat when any kind of problem rears its ugly

head.

So apparently I have to change my perception and these articles will

really help as will Laru. I blew the dust off my Atkins book and am giving

it another try. Got a really good cookbook from " 's Biscuit " a book

store online, called " Low Carb Meals in Minutes " . It describes the entire

meal, not just the entree and so far looks really good.

I sure appreciate all your input and have a special love for all of you,

and do read my emails even if I let them stack up at times, so keep up the

good work.
