Chitosan (made from shellfish shells) can help you get atrim. A study published in the journal of ARM Medicia-Helsinki found subjects who took 1,800 mg chitosan daily while following a low fat diet, lost an average of 15 pounds in four weeks; those who did not take it lost an average of only five pounds. Also: same magazine. Control your appetite:- Trick yourself into feeling full. Recent research at Jefferson University Medical College shows that you'll eat less if you include two tablespoons of olive oil in each meal. " Olive oil slows stomach contractions, so we feel full, " says Marshall Goldberg, a University porfessor. It prompts the release of cholecystokinin, a hormone that signals us to stop eating.
