I have a friend whose son has not grown for over a year, and they did extensive tests on him. With the way Gibson's eating, I would think a doctor would begin with a thyroid test. We also found with our younger son that the big toddler belly was more a muscle tone issue than a GI issue. We needed to work on helping him to strengthen his upper body.
