Guest guest
Pay close attention to the timing of the sick feeling. If it is 3.5 to 4 hours after a dose you may need to cut that dose back a little the next day as it is overly supressing your adrneals. If it is an hour or so after your dose it may just be theHC irritating your stomach and you need ot eat more wiht it. It can be very hard on the stomach. TOO much HC wil cause weight gain and fluid retentoion and high blood pressure. Just enough will help the thyroid work well and you may even lose weight. I lost 91 pounds last year on 30MG and this year gained 30 back.. >LOL -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
WOW, 91 lbs is great! You only gained 30 so that isn't bad either!! How do you know you are taking too much HC? I am on 30 mg and seem to be okay. My heart palps seem to have stopped, not shaky, but have noticed I am not sleeping through the night. Maybe I shouldn't take my last 5 mg right before I go to bed. I think my sick feeling is from taking the HC on an empty stomach. I am very bad that way. Today I drank milk then took it and didn't get that sick feeling. Another thing that is happening is for the past couple of days, I have had this horrible headache. I thought I slept funny and hurt my neck as I can feel the exact spot behind my ear. Since I am prone to headaches, I hope it is not because of the HC? One more funny story ... Since beginning HC, my hives have stopped. Well yesterday I went walking and I was very proud of myself. I walked at a really nice pace, for me (did 3 miles in about 30 minutes) and wasn't really out of breath at all. Well I got home and started itching. My hives came back. I was COVERED. I was actually watching them come out. I even made my hubby look. It was crazy.
