Guest guest
I think and don't laugh cause I'm really not preaching but my really old italian greatgrandmother used to say -God or whatever higher being you believe in wouldn't give you anything in life you can't handle, and I believe that because I've survived a horrible disabling disease when I was 14 years old called encephilitis...it left me in a wheelchair for a long time and I had to learn to speak again .I was extremely athletic and dreamed of being a Dr. myself,I also sang in a garage band when it wasn't cool for girls to sing rock and roll.Well to make along story short I walked again and learned to speak again,I didn't become a dr.but I feel in love with occupational therapy which helps people do everyday things in their lives that are important to them and became a medical asst. too.So I guess my point is we canNEVER give up hope.I know how you feel but Iam always listening when you need to talk and so is the rest of our hive bearing friends. We all need eachother to talk to hang in there we'll all figure this out oneday Patty
Guest guest
Patty, I understand your point, I often say (several times a day) " I'll handle what I'm given " and " better the devil you know, than the devil you don't " which means I'd rather take my stuff than someone elses. But, I believe that there is a way out, there's no doubt in my mind about that, I will wake up one day and the hives will be done! Either through, a mysterious healing or me finally learning what I had to learn and since I'm dense as dirt I keep my hopes on #1....
