I was so engrossed I didn't think to share. <g> Decadent Strawberry (or Cherry) Ice Cream 1 pint of yogurt cream (creme fraiche) 1-1/2 to 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries or sweet cherries (no sugar added - obviously!) 1/2 c. honey Sometimes I will reserve a few strawberries or cherries to add in after blending to give the ice cream some chunks of fruit. Blend these together, pour into ice cream maker; wait impatiently for it to freeze - and enjoy! I think there are also some suggestions on making ice cream without an ice cream maker in the BTVC book - and I'm sure it would taste pretty darn good that way, too.
