Guest guest
I'm gonna run this by you guys.. since the subject is under discussion.... I love to bake... and was searching for new ways of using oatmeal last week, I also had a bunch of bananas that needed to be used up.... I ran across a recipe for a banana oatmeal cake. I decided to give it a try, but left off the frosting, to avoid the extra calories, just to see what the cake was like... Okay, there are three of us in the house... all three of us tried it... all three of us had the same result... One small piece of the cake made us 'very happy in the bathroom' people.... For each day that we had a piece of the cake the same result... We have some more bananas that are past the fresh eating stage... the other two folks have requested that I make more of the banana oatmeal cake... to make 'dosing' of the cake easier. I'm going to do muffins of them, so that we can freeze the rest and just grab a piece as we choose... I'm aiming for one ever other day to see what it does. For folks that are low carbing, this isn't going to work... but for the rest of you... might be worth a shot.. If someone wants the recipe, give a holler... I don't have time to type it out right now, but will later if it's wanted. Guest guest
I gind my own wheat to make bread. Works great for us. If we go a few days without it (ie traveling), we are all " bathroom happy " until our systems get purged again. I have a good link on the flax thing and will try to find it. But my kids are resistant to the goo. They love the bread. Just the same, I'd like to have your recipe, but there's no rush. Blessings, Debbie K. Re: Three times a day and perfect !! ....
