No AM exercise..the snooze alarm got the best of me this morning, but I spent all day setting up for a landscape show...moving rocks walking on concrete all day, then came home and rode my bike for 1/2 hour though

1 quart water Flax Cereal 1 carb - changed from 14 to one cuz I have to subtract that fiber...I cant take this anymore!! I did that right?? since it says 5 dietary fiber and the carbs are 3 per T the carbs in the Flax seeds become 0? the one carb is from the splenda and vanilla

8 0z water AM supplements

3/4 gallon water (drank through out the day)

carb solution bar 2

2 boiled eggs 1.2

small bit of peperoni slices 1

10 chicken wings 3 T ranch 3

diet rite rasberry (dont like this but only pop i had :-(

Getting another quart of water in a minute for PM supplements

Total exercise 1/2 hour

Total Carbs 8 (sheesh, tmw i will have a salad i promise!) dont want any excuses to eat peanuts total water 134 oz
