Hi ,

yes, I agree with what you say about feeling hot if it is hormonal, that it is

like a general flushing (with me it is upper body only)

When I am feeling hot when I first wake up, I feel very hot but my skin feels

cold and clammy, not at all like a hot flash

I experienced this feeling hot phenom on this previous Saturday when I was

feeling slightly ill, and when I took my temp it was 96.2, yet I felt warm

to the touch and my breath felt hot. Just my experience. Don't understand

it.

When I'm hot due to hormones it usually isn't such an inner feeling of

hotness, it is more of an unnatural flushing of blood to the face, etc. My

breath isn't hot, but my skin is even hotter to the touch than as described

above.

A low temp is a strong indication that you are underdosed.

If it was me, I'd go ahead and raise to 2 1/2 grains if I hadn't had

any bad reaction to the Armour so far. But do what you feel most

comfortable with, of course. We're behind you all the way!!

reducing the anxiety issues that I've begun to experience.

I'm hoping that right with you. Armour has changed SO many symptoms

in folks that there's no reason it can't do the same for you!!

Hi Lynda and EveryOne,

I notice that when I feel very hot it is because my temperature is dropping,

not rising. Sometimes when you have a fever you feel cold as your

temperature is rising, same thing in reverse. Like you when I take my

temperature at the times I feel hot, usually evening and at night, my temp

is low though not as low as yours.

Sometimes it feels to me like my body is so used to a low temperature and as

it starts to rise it won't let it go up to 98.6 but instead I feel very warm

even break out in a sweat sometimes, and the heat is lost..........not sure

if that is what is really happening but that is what it feels like to me.

Some kind of homeostasis.

I have reached 98.6 in the evenings a few times and am hoping my body will

get used to it and decide to stay there awhile:-))

I've been taking Cortef 5mg. am and again in the early afternoon for a total

of 10mg./day plus the Adrenal support from Enzymatic Therapy, sometimes

Isocort and 3 to 3,1/2 Armour a day in divided doses. Feel pretty good but

my temperature is still below 98.6 most of the time.

Peace, Love and Harmony,

Bev
