Naturethroid: 1/2 grain in morning and 1/2 in the afternoon and Synthroid 175

mcg in the morning. My alternative doctor...will raise the naturethroid to

another 1 grain in a week and drop the Synthroid.

I also have water with 1 tsp of Sea Salt everyday..and Hydrocortisone 5mg with

breakfast and lunch.

Metabatherm before every meal

7-Keto Enzymatic Therapy with breakfast

Super Digestaway before eating

Breakfast is a Protein shake with Flax oil , 1 cup Rice milk , Psyllium Husk

Powder , and GREEN STUFF ( 100% organic and Wildcrafted Vitamin-mineral whole

food mix. )This really helps me feel good in the morning Thur the afternoon....

Between all mini meals I take 2 DLPA 500 mg for fatigue and mood....I love this

stuff!!

I am also Hashi and normal tsh and also 1500 antibodies have been seeing this

new doctor for about 5 weeks...OH and I also have Acupunture once a week on and

Vit B-12 injections once a week...

Im feeling really well...sleeping well and up before the kids...The brain is

still all over the place and I really would like the weight to fly off...but in

5 weeks of this ...Im feeling much better than the 4 years of Synthroid.

I hope you start feeling better soon....Keep us or me posted...

Nature-throid: 1 grain in the AM and 1/2 grain in the mid-afternoon.

I also take 50 mcg Levoxyl with my morning dose.

Adrenal complex: 1 tablet at each meal

I recently switched from 1 grain of Armour in the Am, but had only been on that

for a few weeks with no adrenal suppport.

Before that I had used Synthroid 75 mcg for about 3 months.

No drastic changes yet.

I am Hashi dx, normal TSH, high antibodies (1500), and just made the switch to

an alternative MD.

How about you?

Re: Kate- Re: Armour vs. Naturethroid

What amount are you taking??

I was hoping I wasn't getting some sort of inferior alternative. I haven't

noticed a whole lot of changes yet, but then again it's only been about 2 weeks

since I made the switch.

Thanks!
