sorry, I don't have a recipe. I made it up and adjusted as I went. I used

nutbutter, eggs, baking soda and honey. You could try the waffle recipe and just

thin it if necessary.

I copied this down a while ago - not sure who wrote it:

I love Sue's herbed crackers, but they are very time consuming to

make. So I adapted the recipe so I could make them in my Pizelle

Iron. They turned out great!

And much faster to make!

HERBED PIZELLE FLATBREAD

5 eggs

3 cups almond flour

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

2 Tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

1/2 Teaspoon Dry Oregano

1/2 Teaspoon Dry Thyme

1 cloves garlic Pressed

Combine almond flour, cheese, herbs, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Blend eggs, butter, Lemon Juice and garlic in a processor or blender

until very, very smooth.

Add to almond flour and mix together.

Drop by the tablespoon on to hot pizelle iron, until brown and

crispy.

Hi ,

I have a pizzelle maker , and I love it , I use almond butter or tahini ,

and basically I use the peanut butter brownie recipe , and add a little water .

It makes great little nut butter crackers , and even little ice-cream cones . It

was a great investment.
