Guest guest
Does anyone want to discuss yeast and g-tubes....... The gauze around 's g-tube smells like yeast (not foul-like real yeast). Originally I thought is was the wheat germ I was tube feeding her but I didn't add it to the mix this week so it is not that. I've been reading about yeast/candida and chronic sinus infections (which she suffers from due to choanal atresia/deformed nasal and sinus area). She is on a blended diet and gets one can of pedisure a day. I give her acidolophils (I know I can't spell!) and organic yogurt. She has an extensive medical history and has been on tons of antibiotics. I would appreciate any information on experiences or advise! Thanks.
