If I remember correctly (and am not blurred -- just took a pain pill),

Elaine set all nut milks at around 6 months because so many people tried

to substitute nut milk as a beverage for regular milk, and ended up

filling up on the nut milk, not eating other foods, and ending up on an

unbalanced diet.

Is coconut milk the liquid you get from the middle of the coconut or is that coconut water and the coconut milk is from grating the white meat of the coconut and getting the juice (milk) from that?
