Guest guest
Hi , I find that things work from the inside-out for me. If I do the work on developing a sense of self and dealing with trauma and the big, bad emotions that come with it, then the bothersome behaviors go away without a lot of conscious attention on my part. For other people, it's more outside-in. They work on the behaviors, and the person inside starts to change. And sometimes you have to do both. So I'm not suggesting you'll grow out of it or anything. It is just the way that things mostly work for me. Take care, Ashana Your Mail works best with the New Yahoo Optimized IE8.
