Well if my back would get in shape and the whoosh fairy would visit, I would feel better. But this challenge is the only thing that has kept me eating low, reaallllllllllllllllllly low for me, carb and exercising daily. I would have had a taco salad today with beans if it weren't for the challenge.

Good for you a now I am really pulling for you and now I will be thinking of a nice present to send to you as you have lasted longer than me. Maybe you can go for a long time. So what did you eat today?

Wow! I just finished the 3 mile tape. OMG! I can’t decide if I’m tired or energized. I’m doing well so far on eating and my water. I’ll report my water later tonight. Talk to y’all later!

Hey man you rock for doing all that in the cold gym. I had TX govt class

tonight so I did the 2 mile tape when I got home. I actually just finished

it. I'm trying to make exercise a habit. It never was before. I did 1 mile

on Sat, 2 on Sun, 3 on Mon and the 2 today. It feels like I'm training for a

marathon or something. I did great on my eating and water also.

Hey Rhonda! Glad you are doing sooooo well. YOU ROCK! I am on day 5 and I'm

still doing great. I have done great on my eating and exercising and

drinking my water. The only day I didn't get any exercise in was Saturday

but I was on the go, go, go all day that I don't think that really hurt me.

Sunday was the same way. Last night I headed back to the gym and walked on

the treadmill for 60 minutes a 4.0 miles an hour and did the exercise bike

for 10 minutes. I was pooped. I'm focusing on losing weight and cardio

instead of weight training. I'll do that later. I'm looking forward to the

gym again tonight. It's great being back. I want to make it a habit once

again. The only dissapointing thing was how cold it was in there! I have to

ask them about that. Even after I started sweating I was cold! ! ! ! It's a

hospital and they have to keep it cold but in the fitness center? GEEZ! But

I'll be back there tonight on that treadmill mark my words! I weighed this

morning and I'm 5 lbs. down from Thursday so far! YEAH! And I have 3 days

left until weigh in day. I can't wait. I need to put a dent in this weight

and putting a dent in it will kick start me for sure.

Keep up the great work Rhonda. YOU ROCK!

Have a great week everyone! OH...remember my gym saga? It turns out they

didn't change the code....I just was putting in the wrong code. I called the

lady and she told me they didn't change it and I said, " Well...I guess I

haven't been to the gym in such a long time I forgot the dang code! " It was

funny! Oh well..NOW I know!
