Guest guest
Hi Krissy, Good for you!! I am so proud of you for taking the incentive and having the guts to do what you did today. Maybe you will be able to help other families avoid this problem, and get it more out in the open. I sure wish I had recieved some material about Plagio in all of my new baby packets. I have provided my ped. all kinds of info to pass along to new parents, and I have read of several other parents doing the same kind of things. If the back to sleep campaigne won't provide more knowledge about Plagio than we will. > Hi Everyone- > > Well, I got the guts to go over to the hospital's maternity ward where I had today. Guest guest
Thats great Krissy! My aunt has worked at Cape Cod Hospital since she graduated and spent many many years in both pedi and more recently maternity. She was the one who first mentioned helmets to us, thankfully, since our ped didn't. She didn't know much about them, but did know they existed. I've tried getting plagio education added to the maternity classes as well, but so far haven't had any luck. You'd think between my aunt, and my husband and I both working there they'd give it more thought, especially since they personally all told us not to worry about it! , mom to Hannah, DOCband #3 3/30 Cape Cod, Ma > Hi Everyone- > > Well, I got the guts to go over to the hospital's maternity ward where I had today.
