Good Morning,

Hope I'm not too late. . . Did the water

Did the supplements

Did 20 minute walk

Food:

3 c. coffee/black

1 wasa (11) smeared w/ cream cheese

tuna salad on lettuce-subway-1/2 so I figure 5 (their count is 10)

4 hardboiled eggs

pork rinds

19 nuts (at 4 g. per 19, according to pkg)

sugar free jello

I think I'm under the 25, but believe me I wont do the cinnamon wasa again on the challenge. Eats up way too many carbs. This is kind of fun, and it is a challenge. Everyone is doing great so far, too!
