Guest guest Posted February 13, 2001 Report Share Posted February 13, 2001 1/2 hour bike riding 1/2 hour aerobic tape 1 quart water Flax Cereal 14 carbs - 3 tbls ground flax seed 1 package splenda 1 Tbls Cream 1 capful vanilla extract I listed the ingredients of my cereal above for today only, in the future I will put Flax Cereal and put the number of carbs. 1 quart water - AM supplements Pan fried round steak with 1oz onion, pinch garlic salt & pepper, 2 tbls Sour cream Above is 5 carbs Diet Mug Root beer 1 quart water Carb Solution bar (fudge almond, these things are pretty good!) 2 carbs 3 small slim jims 2 carbs 1 quart water - PM Supplements A & W diet rootbeer Total Exercise 1 hour Total Carbs 23 Supplements Am & PM Total water 128 oz Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
