Guest guest
The only thing I can say is that I started having very immediate headaches right after eating yogurt when I first started on SCD (a whole 30 days ago!) Now I'm having stomach problems with yogurt. I'm thinking I'll have to use goat-milk yogurt. My headaches were sharp and usually only lasted 15 or 20 minutes, so it sounds like they were different than what you are describing. Ann Does anyone ever get a bad headache in reaction to new foods they can't deal with yet? Yesterday I tried some feta, which the website says, somewhat contradictorily, is illegal but may be used after improvement: Feta Cheese Illegal Feta may be used after about 6 months of improvement. But used only in small amounts. Then yesterday afternoon I got a headache, of the kind which this experience made me remember, I used to get far more frequently before SCD. Also, it wouldn't go away, even with various tylenol. Which also used to happen frequently. Today, my stool, while not D, is somewhat loose. So, I guess, the feta is a no-go, which I'm regretting, 'cause that salad was delicious. But I hadn't associated that headache with the feta until just now, or headaches with bad reactions to food. Any thoughts? Mara
