Question about storing baking mixes???

I ordered the bread, muffin and cookie/cake mix in bluk from GFP and

it arrived today and now I am wondering how to store it? Since it is

in bluk obviously once the bag is open it will take a little while for

me to use it all up. So should I put it in tupperwares and freeze it

like I do my normal GF flour mix??? I've only had the individual bags

before and the only time I had leftover I put a bag clip on it and

left it in the pantry and it didn't seem to rise so well the 2nd batch

of bread so I think I stored it wrong...

Any suggestions?
