Wow..carbs...

I never really counted my carbs on paper before, I assumed I was getting

around 30 a day, now with this Island thing I realize I was getting around

50. Which isnt bad, since I was always in deep ketosis, guess thats y I

never really worried about it. Unfortunely most of my carbs do not come from

Veggies, but from flax sees, sour cream, ranch and peanuts. Guess Im going

to have to ditch the peanuts for the challenge! Dont worry though I havent

messed up yet though. Just gonna have to watch that sour cream and ranch.
