I discussed some of my concerns with him and sent him about 20 pictures. He discussed Nate with some colleagues and decided that a lot of our problems are because the back of the helmet was cut off too short . Otherwise, it was a good fit so Nate can keep wearing it until we get another one. The back of the helmet is what keeps it from being so loose. We got a new casting yesterday with Bill Barringer. It is a 5 hour drive round trip, but I think it will be worth it. The casting went a lot smoother this time and I am looking forward to him getting a replacement helmet soon! That's great that Nate will be getting a replacement band and is going to a reputable ortho. We also do a 5hr round trip drive, but it's so worth it when you know you're in good hands! I have been having email problems (darn !) so did not receive this email, but went to the site to find out! Are they going to try and put a rush on the new helmet or anything?
