Guest guest
I was listening to The Wall by Pink Floyd ( Waters performance live in Berlin). It made me think of that BPD mother ...the guys mother. And how it led him to drug addiction, being used by others, escaping pain (comfortably numb), projecting black and white onto women (or it could be women doing that to men), a death wish. It just blows my mind how a person can have a child and do what she/he/they wants with it. With no repercussions and this child, who may grow up to greatness or having great compassion, is susceptible to so much struggle in life. I began to have this real understanding of addiction, this trying to escape the pain of the mind. I suppose the BPD people feel that pain but maybe project it outwards onto others. I also thought of how cultural/societal structures support this BPD stuff (like the school system...as I believe there are a lot of messed up people who choose to teach children, and obviously many who have BPD). ~patricia
