Bragg''s Liquid Aminos contains the following amino acids: Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Lysine, Leucine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tryosine and Valine. It''s not fermented. Does Not Contain: Alcohol, preservatives, additives, coloring agents, or chemicals. Added table salt. Warnings: Bragg''s has a small amount of naturally occurring sodium.
