New challenge for myself

Hi gang......I'm really feeling frustrated here tonight.....I did really

well on induction and lost 5 lbs of the 8 I needed to loose and now I'm back

up three. I know that doesn't sound like a lot compared to the 45 I've

already lost, but I think I'm doing the sabatoge thing too. I'm so close I

can taste it, but all I want to eat, if anything, is just junk. I'm trying

to feed something besides my tummy, and I haven't figured it out yet.

Starting tomorrow I'm going to try to exercise 4-5 times this week as well

as drink at least 3 liters of water each day. The usual stuff too, eat right

and take my vitamins,etc. But what I really need to concentrate on is the

exercise....I've gotten out of the habit. I will try to post my daily stuff

too.....keep badgering me if I don't, okay? I'll reward myself with a

massage if I can do it for 3 weeks straight. Remind me of that too! Gonna

get in the bed now, hope everyone is doing okay tonight. I'll catch up

tomorrow. TTYL!
