Guest guest
Hey, , Aren't you the very same that reacted to the hot fudge at an ice cream shop? Hmmmmm..... I'd be careful. My son doesn't have a response on the very rare occasion that he accidentally ingests gluten; however, his long term response is very scary, as we found out when he was 2-1/2. Everyone presents differently, and if you have been GF for a while, your body is probably healed, breathing a sigh of relief, and now you are bombarding it with gluten again (just busting on you!) But seriously, be careful - I don't want you to get sick! I believe in this so much that my entire family is heading to Columbia U on April 2nd to be tested, just to make sure we are not silent celiacs. The internal, undetectable damage is what scares me the most! Good luck to you - we are here for your support no matter what! Go Sox! (OK, I couldn't help myself, LOL - tell Sammy to behave down there, would you? Heidi
