I am curious if anyone knows what happens to the bacteria count when you start using the 24hr yogurt in different forms? for example- Does the bacteria count go up or down after dripping and making a cream cheese or DCCC? Does it go up or down when you make ice cream or frozen yogurt from it? Also, can someone suggest a good high-level on-line chart that lists foods by carb-fat-protein content ? Thanks so much.
