Yogurt Falls Victim to Power Outage

Hi Everyone!

We started a batch of yogurt last night and they electricity went off

for several hours during the night. We threw it out and we are trying

again tonight. Did we have to do that or was it salvageable? I

wanted to know in case it ever happens again.
