If so, how many? The instructions on the Ultra Freeda bottle say that 3 pills are the full dose, but Elaine recommends only using 1 pill per day. Zachary 4.6 ASD? Guest guest
Hi Crystal, I know that Magnesium should be taken with B6, so maybe he needs magnesium. Also when you start any supplement, always start slow and increase slowly to watch for those reactions. Take care, Becky in Chesapeake, VA with 10 yr old on SCD 9+ weeks > Hi , > > Thanks for your help. No he is getting the SCD b complex with c and zinc > and only taking 1/2 twice a day. I think I will lower to just 1/2 a day and > see what happens as I just realized one tablet is full dose for an adult and he > is only two!! > > Thanks > crystal > > >
Guest guest
Please keep in mind I don't understand the ins and outs of this, wish I could find that info again but can't seem to. It's so confusing when something your child is supposed to " need " has an adverse affect, my biggest frustration, for SURE! Luke takes 1 Kirkman's everyday each morning and handles that fine, it has 200% DV of the B vitamins if you take 2 a day (not sure if that is for children or adults) but one a day works perfect for him. HTH! in NC Mom of Luke, age 5, Asperger's/low-salicylate; , age 3, healthy; and , 19 mos, healthy All SCD since 1/26/04 Re: Re: B vitamin and hyperactivity HELP thats interesting. He has a phenol rash again and I thought it was from something else. Makes sense. Crystal
