well i thought with christmas coming lets all say something about the pass christmas and a tradtion that has been in your family and mine is my dad and mom

christmas tradtion

When i was little on christmas eve dad woould get his accordian out and we all stand around dad and sing christmas songs and all my cousins would be ther eand all the neighborhood kids as well as the adults everybody sang songs why the kids are singing and all there was mom in the kitchen with the other woman getting things for us to snack on for christmas eve night everybody came to mom and dad she would have a big table of sweets and snack foods everybody that came brought one of their favorite snack or sweet for christmas eve ,and we would eat open presents and sing our christmas songs and when i see dad put the accordian up we kids all knew what he was fixing to do so we all get on the floor in a circle and dad would get the bible out to read the christmas story, and all us kids were all around him and mom and all the others would stop in the kitchen and come sit down for the christmas story and be so quiet when it was read.only noise was dad reading the story and this is something that has kept in my family dad and mom are no longer with us of hearing mom and dad preparing the food for christmas dinner .smelling all that food cooking when we kids would go to sleep on christmas eve wandering if santa claus was going to pass with mom and dad still up cooking. but there no more accordian but on christmas eve we still sing christmas carols and now i get the bible out and read the christmas story not like dad did but i feel a wind on my cheek when i am reading it and i know its my mom and dad blowing a kiss to me saying you keeoping this tradtion going and all the little kids sit by me when i read it just like we did with dad and i told regina after i am gone i want her to keep this tradtion going of reading the christmas story and singing christmas carols
