Guest guest
Thank you, I am doing SCD - did not know this, will wait a while before trying it again. Could I freeze it like it is (cooked and pulled out in " strings " )? Going to try anyway. Guest guest
Hi , It may go a bit mushy, but I am not sure. The best thing to do is try a little a look at the texture after thawing and reheating. If you haven't cooked the spaghetti squash yet and they are still whole they should keep pretty well if you can store them in a cool, dry place. If it is already cooked you can still freeze and later use the puree in cooking/baking. That way it doesn't matter if it goes a little mushy.
