Thank you, I am doing SCD - did not know this, will wait a while before

trying it again.

Could I freeze it like it is (cooked and pulled out in " strings " )? Going to

try anyway. Got a lot of it, here.

Hi ,

It may go a bit mushy, but I am not sure. The best thing to do is try a little

a look at the texture after thawing and reheating.

If you haven't cooked the spaghetti squash yet and they are still whole they

should keep pretty well if you can store them in a cool, dry place.

If it is already cooked you can still freeze and later use the puree in

cooking/baking. That way it doesn't matter if it goes a little mushy.

Yeah, this was for me and the other 2 kids, Luke never ate spaghetti in the

first place so didn't miss it but WE did/do!
