Anybody w experience using 'Subliminal' CDs?

I don't think they are subliminal, but I use some cd's that are self

hypnosis with different topics...relaxation, relieve stress, etc....I use

_www.wendi.com_ (http://www.wendi.com) . I think hers are best and I like the

sound of her voice. They have helped me somewhat...I like the guided imagery

and some of the techniques she uses. When I am super stressed, it helps calm

me down.

effectiveness. I am considering purchasing one over the internet to try it out.

There are so many brands out there with many different types of recommendations

because it has the best music best subliminal messages and so forth so I don't

know which one to try out.

Hi. One time I bought a subliminal CD entitled, " How to be efficient and

organized. " I listened to it at work over and over an over and over and over (I

really needed it!). It had lovely ocean sounds with some kind of underlying

content, which of course, I could not hear. then one day I could not find it.

Two years later I found it under a big pile in the bottom of a drawer in my

desk.

I use the CDs sold thur Centerpointe.com; the program is Holysync and I find

them valuable. You can order a demonstration CD before you make a decision.

They offer a sale in May and November and that is when I order by CDs. There is

an 800 number and you can contact them thru email with questions. I ordered the

first CD because the owner stated that he had been in 15 years of therapy and

the program of CDs helped him more than the therapy. The owner purchased the

company after using the product.
