Hi Kate,

Yes, Cancer is an ugly thing to be diagnosed with. But we also know we can fight it, and hard too!!

I can't answer your question unfortunately.

My Cancer was called Ductal Carcinoma and wasn't been seen on the Mammography. Though the Echo showed it. It weren't really lumps. The MRI at last, together with the lumpectomy, told is it was Cancer, an Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, even two!

This Carcinoma can be seen on the Mammography in an early stage when evasive. Not when Invasive.

It is difficult to tell what kind of Cancer it is and if it is Cancer at all, on forehand.

Mine was so painful and my GP said that when in pain, it didn't have to be Cancer! How wrong.........

12 Years ago, they removed a lump in my right breast, pretty sure it was Cancer and it wasn't.

I know, waiting is hard, but be patient and wait for the results. I keep my fingers crossed for you!

Hug,
