Guest guest
Howdy Kim! CONGRATS TO YOU and Jax! I'm super happy for you! It was so funny running into you today and meeting you for the first time in Duluth but it was so nice to meet you and Jax in person. When Jaden got casted today, Steve and the other lady (I forget her name, was it Kim also?) were so very nice and I just loved Steve. What a guy. I can't wait for Jaden to get his headgear, his little head needs some rounding out. I guess the hard part is over now (finally, whew!). Another girl said you created a website? I'm curious as to what it is? Anywhoooo, I'm gonna go post about my day w/ Jaden now. Congrats again and I hope we can keep in touch! ~Amy, mommy of Jaden 5 mo's, MN tort/plagio Just Casted Today! ) --- In Plagiocephaly , " kasaint_2 " <kasaint_2@y...> wrote: > Hey all, > After 4 months and 5 days, Jax graduated today. Guest guest
Hi Amy, I agree, was great to meet you as well. Who knows, we may run into one another there again as Jax will still be going for PT there. Yes, the other woman's name is Kim and she is great as well but Steve takes the cake - he's wonderful. The website that I created is www.geocities.com/kasaint_2 - keep in mind when you go that it was my first attempt to do anything, no wiz here. Just gave/gives me something to do. I have to update it now that he's graduated, as well as just touching it up. You little guy is adorable and hopefully we'll run into one another again! Guest guest
Thanks Kim! I'll be sure to check out that site! I have to ask how the PT has been going for Jax? How did he adjust to it at first? I'm wondering how difficult it's going to be for Jaden, that's why I ask. I hate to put him thru any pain whatsoever! I'm such a worrier.... lol. ~Amy > > > Hey all, > > > After 4 months and 5 days, Jax graduated today. Guest guest
Hey Amy, Therapy at the beginning was hard - Jax was young, only a little over 2 months when we first started. But, Ann will show you how to do the stretching at home, along with other ideas to help Jaden along. We've been working with her for the past 7 months now. Jaden will probably cry at first, but she will be careful to not hurt him. I read the other post, about Dr , and maybe they didn't suggest for you to bring Jaden to him yet because he's not back yet from Iraq. But, do ask - just to see if he will check on him as well. He is the one that referred Jax to see the neurologist, who we have seen twice now, along with the orthopedic. The flame stickers- we drew them. We bought sticker sheets from Wal- Mart and Jax's dad drew the flames and we colored them. That was the very FIRST design we did.
