Guest guest Posted March 13, 2004 Report Share Posted March 13, 2004 Morning all, I made my second batch of yogurt. 1st time with 1% milk (very runny and extremely sour). I just finished a batch that was 1/2 whole milk,1/4 cream, 1/4 half and half. The consistency is good! The taste is oh so sour. I use Yogourmet starter. Is anyone eating this like this! I know dripping gets rid of some of the sour but I don't want to end up with too thick. Are you all using this just as a base for baking recipes, smoothies, etc? My son 16 (not on diet) eats anything, and he said tastes like sour cream. Please let me know what I need to do.
