Understandable!! I was SO impatient when I switched to Armour!! But

I had to do it slowly. And even when I got to my optimal dose, there

were still changes going on in my body!! :o)

Because your body is getting stronger and more healthy, thus your

requirements are increasing. Have read this with two docs, so far.

I just thought........ the stools can look like you have blood in them if

you eat certain foods...............

It is also a good sign of bleeding ulcers or internal bleeding.Know this first

hand!

I don't have ulcers or any stomach issues, but with all the B's I am on, if my

iron doesn't stay up after the 325mg 3x aday, they are going to look for some

internal issues or blood disease
