Hi. One time I bought a subliminal CD entitled, " How to be efficient and

organized. " I listened to it at work over and over an over and over and over (I

really needed it!). It had lovely ocean sounds with some kind of underlying

content, which of course, I could not hear. then one day I could not find it.

Two years later I found it under a big pile in the bottom of a drawer in my

desk.

There are so many brands out there with many different types of recommendations

because it has the best music best subliminal messages and so forth so I don't

know which one to try out.
