Do you trust Holland & Barrett? I don't know, I may be a " supplements snob "

but I just can't believe that anything sold as cheap as they do can contain

anything good.

I once bought something from there, can't remember what it was but it might have

been selenium, they were like horse pills - large, chalky, rough around the

edges.

Anyway, I could not swallow them and threw them out.

Holland and Barrat probably have it. Also Culpeppers Herbals or

Neals Yard shops - you might even be able to get the ground

root to make valerian tea [which has a tom cat aroma but is very

effective]
