Here's the basic breakdown of ingredients: 97% water 2.5% gum (from the gum tree) 0.5% alcohol It should be safe for those who are casein free as well. We haven't tried it yet, but I heard it's fun. It apparently makes a " farting " sound when it's squished. I know my five year old son will enjoy the tub he got for his birthday very much! They sell it at Target for $1.
