Hi all. We are done with week 6.....

Sam has another cold. I'm fairly certain it is viral because I'm

getting it too and am on strong antibiotics for sinusitus I've had

since December and they aren't working for this!!!

He's had some regression of behavior since the squash incident and

hasn't bounced back; this was almost two weeks ago now. I am a bit

discouraged but will plug along. I have added really ripe raw pears

back with no bowel effects. He hasn't had any dairy for the past

several days so I don't think it is that. I suppose it could just be

the cold.

I can safely say that I am sick of green beans and cooked carrots. We

started eating raw baby carrots again; I needed something crunchy! I

got Sam to drink smoothies made with Avocado which taste really yummy

with pineapple juice. Maybe I have added too much new food in. I

guess we shall see.

This may help - since I saw this list, I see there are a lot more low-sal

options than I thought, and carrots isn't the BEST choice ALL the time.

We're trying cauliflower next. Maybe you will find some more options here,

too. I am paying attention to the " per serving " column, makes sense to me

rather than " per 100 g " . For Luke, it seems things below .30 are safest,

and of course, the more .2+ you have the more you're straining the system,

make sense? So trying to make most things low with occasional .2+ items in

there.

I hope this helps. It is confusing but when things are good they sure are

good, around here. I can't explain why, but taking away the vanilla has

made a definite effect on Luke. So the lists aren't always perfect, for

sure. Hang in there!

This is awesome! The other lists I checked out were confusing. There

are discrepencies between all the different lists and I don't know

what to believe!! Add the not specific Feingold list to that......?!?!

I am printing out a copy for PreK too.

Thanks!
