Abnormal blood test results!!!

I just got my thyroid test results!

T3 was Normal.

TSH was 0.018. Normal is 0.099--5.5

I am hypothyroid!!! I knew it!

Question-- I got the blood test 3 days before my period started. Did this

affect it?

Also, what do I do NOW?!?!
