Guest guest
I fear I am one who cannot handle that sort of increase without a doctors supervision. I have a mild case of mitro valve prolapse. PattiSue, do any of the ones you know that are increasing this fast have MVP? Blessings Debbie K Re: (PattiSue)Armour dosage Increase/To be agressive....Or Not to be agressive?? PattiSue, I agree with you! Grinning. And I am SO glad you have mentioned this. What I am saying is that as a " site " , we cannot encourage folks who are new here (and are self-dosing) to do that kind of increase, one grain at a time. It's an increase that may carry risk without a doctor's assistance, or without knowing enough about folks who come on here. Janie ) p.s. I have my thyroid, thank goodness. > I totally understand what you are saying....yet for those that aren't > sensitive and feel they can try aggressive, I am telling them it is do-able. _____
Guest guest
HI Debbie, I had mitro valve prolapse, and a good case of it too. I had my echo-ekg about 6 months into my armour protocol and my MVP is guess what? GONE!! My reg. doc was absolutely floored. He said he's never seen it go away...yet I was his very first patient that he prescribed Armour for. Although when he put me on...he put me on 15 mgs...and left me there. He was the doc that said " I don't know how to treat this disease..lets find someone that can, and I'll work with him/her. " I felt absolutely nothing when on 15 mgs. Of course I went on to go to Doc Milton...and the rest is history. And I guess, treating aggressive isn't always the best for everyone here because of the fact that most treat themselves...but it worked wonders for me. Hugs..PattiSue Re: (PattiSue)Armour dosage Increase/To be agressive....Or Not to be agressive?? PattiSue, I agree with you! Grinning. And I am SO glad you have mentioned this. Guest guest
Great news Patti Sue! You make me want tot see this Doc Milton even more, but as I said we're trying to give the local doc a chance. I think I'll talk to her about sending me to him. Dh would readily agree if she did. Oh well....two more weeks.... Debbie K. Re: Re: (PattiSue)Armour dosage Increase/To be agressive....Or Not to be agressive?? HI Debbie, I had mitro valve prolapse, and a good case of it too.
