My husband bought this product called Green Super Food and it is made from a

company called Amazing Grass. I saw on the container that it is gluten free,

and since my kids don't eat veggis, I thought I would try it out. It is really

helping with constipation. I was curious if anyone knew if this stuff is OK

because I think it is great, but have never seen it anywhere in posts, so I

wanna make sure there is nothing wrong with it. Seems like good stuff.

I buy that for my kids too. There is a berry one and a chocolate powder one that I put in almond milk and it taste great. They are non-dairy, non-gluten, so they are ok for my kids to have. The chocolate one says it contains non-GMO soy, not sure what that means but my son is not on a soy free diet. It says it's supposed to have 32 rainbow colored fruits an vegies, it all natural, organic ingredients. It seems like a great source of vitamins and antioxidants but it is a little expensive for 30 servings. I think it cost me 20.00 on sale for a small container.
