Washington spoon bread mix

can anyone please tell me if this mix is gluten free? the

ingredients look like it is but there is no phone number, no web

site, etc. please help, thanks!

I found it on a website but it did not list ingredients. I would

guess that this is one of those products with a high risk of cross-

contamination. The ingredients may technically be GF, but I don't

think I would eat it. I'd make my own. Cornbread is so easy, and

that is basically what this is.
