You're most welcome! Kentucky is really a beautiful place. I'm just bitter and

discouraged by it's lack of up-to-date Drs.

Yeah, I've only heard the first 2 from my Mother. She's a plucky Southern woman

that has worked in a nursing home for over 30 years. That's no easy feat

considering I think that she has undiagnosed EDS.

what did she do in the nursing home? 30 years is a long time to work in one!

I lasted only 3-4 years in one and ONLY do temp work in them on a very very

occasional basis!

She worked as a nurse's aide for a little over 20 years, lifting patients,

changing bed sheets, etc. When she finally couldn't do that anymore, she went

through a program that got her certified to give meds. So for the last 10 years

or so, she's been a certified medications aide. She's 76 and still works

weekends. The only time she's missed work is when she had a total knee

replacement and had to have most of her internal organs tacked up after they had

all settled into her pelvis. Don't know if that was from EDS or having 6 kids

or

both.
